You’ve spent 15 years getting good at what you do. AI is the first tool that can actually hold it.
A 1:1 mapping session for experts with 10+ years in. We find where AI fits in your methodology, what to build first, and what to leave alone. $999. Delivered in 14 days.
Built by Justin Wise. 18 years extracting methodologies from experts who couldn’t see their own.
If the map doesn’t show you something you didn’t already know about your own work, I refund the $999. No forms. No questions.

Last month I sat across from an expert with 17 years in his field. Full calendar. Six-figure clients. He asked me one question: "Where does AI fit in what I do?"
Three questions in, we both saw it. The thing he’d been calling "intuition" for two decades was a 4-step decision framework he could teach in 20 minutes.
He couldn’t see it because he was inside of it.
That’s the pattern in nearly every session I run with an expert. The methodology exists. It’s just invisible to the person who built it.
You’ve watched the AI hype cycle for two years. You’ve seen the LinkedIn carousels. You’ve heard the same five tools recommended by the same fifty people. And none of it has sounded like your work.
Here’s why.
Most AI advice is built for people who don’t have expertise yet. It’s about getting AI to do things you can’t do. Write better. Email faster. Sound smarter.
That’s not your problem.
Your problem is that you’ve spent a decade or more building something nobody else can do, and you’ve never been able to write it down. It lives in your head. It walks out the door when you go on vacation. It can’t be handed off. It can’t be scaled.
Until recently, it couldn’t be held by anything outside of you.
That just changed.
There are two kinds of AI offers in this market right now.
The one you’ve probably seen, and this one.
If you want to save 5 hours a week on your inbox, A is for you. If you have a methodology you’ve never been able to write down, keep reading.
AI isn’t an assistant. For experts, it’s something stranger.
It’s the first system in history that can hold a methodology.
Not a process. Not a checklist. A way of thinking that you’ve never been able to externalize.
The question isn’t "where can AI save me time."
The question is: where does AI fit in how I work, what I won’t let it touch, and what I should build first.
That’s what the Leverage Map answers.
About Justin Wise.
I’m Justin Wise. I run Simple Company.
Before this, I built a digital agency that managed millions in ad spend for global brands. I sold it in 2020.
Since then, I’ve spent most of my time inside the heads of experts. Coaches. Operators. Founders. Advisors. People with 10, 20, 30 years of pattern recognition who couldn’t tell you how they do what they do.
I built a methodology called The Expertise Map for that exact problem. Clients pay $10K for it.
The Leverage Map is the smaller version of that work, pointed at one question: where does AI fit in your expertise?
If we click on the session and you want to go deeper, your $999 gets credited toward The Expertise Map. No pressure. No upsell on the call unless you ask.
— JustinWhat experts say about going through this work.
The Leverage Map is the newer, smaller version of work I’ve been doing for two years with The Expertise Map. Here’s what the experts I’ve extracted with say about the full process.
Who this is for.
This is built for one specific person.
- You’ve been doing your work for 10+ years.
- Your calendar is full. Your results speak.
- You have a methodology. You just can’t see it from the inside.
- You’d say something like: "I don’t really have a process. I just… know."
- You’re newer than 5 years in your field.
- You want help with email triage, scheduling, or "automating tedious work."
- You’re looking for an AI course.
- You’re shopping for the cheapest version of this.
If that’s where you are, don’t book. There’s better-fit work for you elsewhere.
In 14 days, you walk away with this.

A 30-minute review call.
We walk through the map together. You ask hard questions. I push back where it matters.

Run it yourself. Or hire me to build it. Your call.
How it works.

The Expertise Map is $10K. A custom AI build runs $5K to $15K. The Leverage Map is the smallest version of that work, pointed at one question.

No forms. No questions.
I’ve never had to refund this work. The guarantee is real.
Common questions.
Is this 1:1 or a group thing?
1:1. Just you and me.
How long does the whole thing take?
14 days from booking to final review call. Most of that is build time on my end.
Do I need to know anything about AI before we start?
No. The Leverage Map works whether you’ve used AI every day for a year or never opened ChatGPT. The skill being tested is your expertise, not your AI literacy.
Will you try to sell me something on the review call?
No. If you ask about going deeper, I’ll explain how The Expertise Map works. If you don’t ask, we don’t talk about it.
What if I want help implementing the recommendations?
You’ll have three options after the session. Do it yourself with the starter plan. Work with me on the full Expertise Map ($10K). Or get a Claude Teams seat where I help you build the AI workflows on top of your methodology ($1.5K per month). You don’t have to decide on the call.
What’s the difference between this and the dozens of "AI consultants" charging $500 to do something similar?
Two things. One: I’m not coming from AI consulting. I’m coming from extraction. Two years of building a methodology for surfacing what experts can’t see in themselves. AI is the new tool. The work is older.
Two: this is built for experts only. Most AI offers work for any small business. This one won’t. The price filters. The questions filter. The work filters.
Can I use this for my team or my company?
Right now, no. This is for one expert at a time. If you run a company built around your expertise, that still counts. If you’re trying to map "how our team works," that’s a different engagement.
What if my methodology turns out to be simple?
Then we’ll find that out fast and the map will reflect it. Simple methodologies still have AI fit points. Sometimes the best maps are the shortest ones.
What if AI can’t actually help with my work?
Then I’ll tell you. I’d rather refund $999 than pretend AI fits where it doesn’t. Some expertise is best held in human hands. The map answers that question honestly.
One more thing.
You don’t need another AI course. You don’t need a tinkerer with a Zapier license.
You need someone who can see what you can’t see in your own work, and tell you exactly where AI fits in it.
That’s the work. $999. Refundable if it doesn’t deliver.
14 days. 1:1. Full refund if the map doesn’t reveal something you didn’t already know about your own work.
