Your business has a ceiling you can’t see from the inside.
A 1:1 mapping session for experts with 10+ years in their field. In 14 days, we name what’s between your expertise and what you’re trying to build with it. The messaging gap. The offer gap. The leverage gap. $999.
Built by Justin Wise. Structural reads delivered for Mike Michalowicz, Dr. John Townsend, Clayton Morris, and dozens of working keynote speakers.
If the map doesn’t pay for itself 10x over, I refund the $999. No forms. No questions.
Currently accepting 4 sessions per monthThere’s something between your expertise and your next move. You can’t see it from the inside.
You’ve spent a decade or more getting good at what you do. You’ve published. You’ve built. You’ve sold. You have a calendar full of people who already know your name.
And yet, the thing you’re actually trying to build right now feels harder than it should. The event isn’t filling the way it should. The offer isn’t selling the way it should. The audience you’ve built isn’t converting the way it should.
You’ve blamed the algorithm. You’ve blamed the economy. You’ve added more posts, more emails, more campaigns. None of it has moved the needle the way it was supposed to.
Here’s what’s actually happening.
You’re not failing on tactics. You’re at a ceiling that’s structural, and structure is invisible to whoever built it. You can’t see your own business from inside it. Nobody can.
Most people in your orbit aren’t going to point it out either. Your team is loyal. Your peers are polite. Your audience is impressed. The people who could tell you what’s broken either don’t see it themselves or have a reason to soften it.
Most strategic advice is built for organizations with teams and budgets. The Leverage Map is built for solo experts at the top of their lane who don’t need a 60-page deck. They need a focused outside read on what’s actually in the way.
That’s where the Leverage Map fits.
A focused outside read from someone with no skin in your day-to-day, who has read enough expertise to know what these blocks look like, and who is willing to tell you what your orbit won’t.
That’s the work.
Where the Leverage Map sits in your category.
You’ve probably hired (or considered) strategy consultants, coaches, and agencies. The Leverage Map is none of those.
The Leverage Map isn’t a replacement for consulting or coaching. It’s the diagnostic that comes before either of them. Most engagements waste their first month figuring out what’s actually broken. The Leverage Map skips that month.
The blocker isn’t tactics. It’s structure.
You’ve been at this long enough to know that tactics are downstream of something else. Better hooks. Better ads. Better automations. Better tools. None of it moves the needle when the foundation is misaligned.
What we look for in the Leverage Map is structural. Three patterns are most common.
The messaging gap. Your content is calibrated for a different buyer than the one your offer is built for. The audience you’ve grown is loyal but mispriced for what you’re now trying to sell.
The offer gap. You have a methodology in your head you’ve never been able to package. You can do the work brilliantly. You just can’t sell the work yet because the offer shape isn’t named.
The leverage gap. You have an offer and an audience, and you’re capped by your own throughput. The ceiling is bandwidth, not demand, and you don’t have a system that produces leverage on top of what only you can do.
You’ll see at least one of these in your work. Usually two. Sometimes all three. That’s what the Leverage Map names.
About Justin Wise.
I’m Justin Wise. I run Simple Company.
Before this, I built a digital agency that managed millions in ad spend for global brands. I sold it in 2020.
Since then, I’ve spent most of my time inside the heads of experts. Coaches. Operators. Founders. Advisors. NYT-bestselling authors. Keynote speakers. People with 10, 20, 30 years of pattern recognition who couldn’t tell you how they do what they do, and people with full businesses who couldn’t see why the next move was harder than it should be.
I built a methodology called The Expertise Map for the deep version of that work. Clients pay $10K for it.
The Leverage Map is the smaller version, pointed at one question: what’s between your expertise and what you’re trying to build with it?
If we click on the session and you want to go deeper, your $999 gets credited toward The Expertise Map. No pressure. No upsell on the call unless you ask.
What experts say about going through this work.
The Leverage Map is the newer, smaller version of work I’ve been doing for years with The Expertise Map. Here’s what the experts I’ve worked with say about the structural read process.
Who this is for.
This is built for one specific person.
- You’ve been doing your work for 10+ years.
- Your calendar is full. Your results speak.
- You’re trying to build something next (an event, a product, a higher-ticket offer, a real business beyond keynotes) and it’s harder than it should be.
- You’d say something like: "I know I’m close, but I can’t tell what’s in the way."
- You’re newer than 5 years in your field.
- You’re looking for tactical advice (better hooks, better ads, better automations).
- You want a coach for ongoing accountability.
- You’re shopping for the cheapest version of this.
If that’s where you are, don’t book. There’s better-fit work for you elsewhere.
In 14 days, you walk away with this.
A 45-minute working session.
Recorded. Not a discovery call. We work on your actual business in real time. I ask the questions most people don’t think to ask.
The Leverage Map itself.
A custom 8-page report that names what’s structurally between your expertise and what you’re trying to build. The diagnosis, the math behind it, what’s coming if you don’t fix it, and the moves that fix it.
A forecast of the cost of doing nothing.
Three-year projection of where the trajectory leads if you don’t change direction. Built from your specifics, not generic.
A 30-minute review call.
We walk through the map together. You ask hard questions. I push back where it matters. Specifics shift. Structure usually doesn’t.
A 4-week starter plan.
Run it yourself. Hire me to build it. Or hand it to your team. Your call.
How it works.
One price. Refundable at 10x.
The Expertise Map is $10K. Most strategy consulting runs $25K to $250K. The Leverage Map is the smallest version of that work, pointed at one question.

$999 is what you pay for the map. What the map names is usually worth orders of magnitude more in misallocated effort, mispriced offers, or revenue you should have been earning.
If you can’t point to at least 10x what you paid for the map in identified value, I refund the $999. No forms. No questions.
10x is the floor, not the ceiling. The biggest version of this work has named $1.5M to $3M of opportunity over three years. Some maps will show you that. Some will show you a smaller fix that pays for itself in a month. Either way, if you don’t see at least 10x, you don’t pay.
Common questions.
Is this 1:1 or a group thing?
1:1. Just you and me.
How long does the whole thing take?
14 days from booking to final review call. Most of that is build time on my end.
What’s the difference between this and a business coach?
A coach helps you execute. The Leverage Map shows you what to execute on. Most coaches give you tactics. The Leverage Map gives you a structural diagnosis. After you have the diagnosis, you might still want a coach to help you implement it. They aren’t competing. They’re sequential.
I already have advisors. What’s different here?
Your advisors are inside your business in some way. The Leverage Map is built for the opposite. A focused outside read from someone with no skin in your day-to-day, who has read enough expertise to know what these blocks look like, and who has no reason to soften the picture. If your advisors have already told you everything you needed to hear about your structural blockers, you don’t need this. If they haven’t, the map is for you.
Will you try to sell me something on the review call?
No. If you ask about going deeper, I’ll explain how The Expertise Map works or how a build engagement looks. If you don’t ask, we don’t talk about it.
What if I disagree with what the map says?
Tell me. Specifics can be wrong without the structure being wrong. The review call is built for that conversation. Most maps go through at least one round of “here’s what you got right, here’s what’s off.” If you find yourself disagreeing with the diagnosis because it makes you uncomfortable, that’s information too.
What if I want help implementing the recommendations?
You’ll have three options after the session. Do it yourself with the starter plan. Hire me for a build engagement (scoped to your specific fixes). Or go into the full Expertise Map ($10K). You don’t have to decide on the call.
Can I use this for my team or my company?
Right now, no. This is for one expert at a time. If you run a company built around your expertise, that still counts. If you’re trying to map “how our team works,” that’s a different engagement.
What if the gap turns out to be small?
Then we’ll find that out fast and the map will reflect it. Sometimes the best maps are the shortest ones. A small gap that’s been costing you for years is still worth naming.
One more thing.
You don’t need another course. You don’t need another consultant who gives you a 60-page deck and disappears.
You need someone who can see what you can’t see in your own work, name it directly, and hand you a clear answer to “what’s actually in the way.”
That’s the work. $999. Refundable at 10x if it doesn’t deliver.
